Regulatory & Compliance Manager / Senior Manager / Director in Asset Management Advisory – from Q2 or Q3 2024
Your role:

- Advising clients on regulatory obligations (in relation to corporate governance, compliance, AML/CFT, MiFID, etc.)
- Participating in the implementation of regulatory projects
- Assessing compliance risks and framework
- Endorsing ‘RC’ functions and board mandates for investment funds
- Carrying out internal audit assignments
- Contributing to oversight obligations on delegates or clients service providers (initial, periodic or ad hoc due diligence)
- Reviewing compliance reports (e.g. ‘RC’ report)
- Preparing training materials (AML/CFT, market abuse, MiFID, etc.) and facilitating trainings
- Contributing to the firm’s client acceptance and monitoring process
- Responding to business tenders
- Carrying out a regulatory watch to be shared internally and with clients
- Participating in the structuring and daily life of the firm and the team, to make it grow
Your background:
- Hold academic or professional background in Asset Management, Compliance, Legal, Finance or Economics
- Possess 7 to 20+ years of relevant work experience (Internal or External Audit, Compliance, Conducting Officer or RC position) within the Luxembourg regulated financial sector
- Understand the Asset Management and PSF sectors in Luxembourg and their regulatory environment
- Have a strong attention to details and good organizational skills
- Adapt quickly to new projects and environments
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written), German is a +

Experienced Consultant
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced consultant with at least two years of experience in asset management and/or financial investment advisory.
You will have experience:
– Or within audit firms or investment services consulting firms
As such:
– You will perform compliance diagnostics, define and implement internal control and risk management systems
– You will develop risk mapping for clients by identifying and valuing these risks
– You will implement and monitor recommendations formulated during these assignments
– You will contribute internally to strengthening our compliance and internal control offer
